Important Notice for Candidates/Institutions Regarding CAP Rounds of Admission

 

For the academic year 2025-26, the State Common Entrance Test Cell is conducting admissions for various undergraduate and postgraduate professional courses under the Technical Education Department. 

The important instructions for the same are as follows: 

•  According to the provisions of Rule 9 in the Information Brochure, candidates can fill in their preferences of institutions and courses in order of priority. 
• Once the candidate submits the option form through their login, they will be considered for seat allotment in Centralized Admission Process (CAP) rounds based on their filled choices.
•  A candidate can choose up to 300 options of institution-course combinations in order of preference. 

 CAP Round 1: 

If a candidate is allotted a seat as per their first preference, the allotment will be automatically frozen (Auto freeze) and the candidate will have to accept the admission within the given deadline. Such candidates will not be eligible to participate in further CAP rounds. 

 CAP Round 2: 

If a candidate is allotted a seat within their top three preferences, the allotment will be automatically frozen (Auto freeze) and the candidate will have to accept the admission within the given deadline. Such candidates will not be allowed to participate in subsequent CAP rounds. 

 CAP Round 3: 

If a candidate is allotted a seat within their top six preferences, the allotment will be automatically frozen (Auto freeze) and the candidate must accept the admission within the stipulated time. Such candidates will also not be eligible for participation in later CAP rounds.

 CAP Round 4: 

For candidates participating in Round 4, the allotment done in this round shall be final. No further option for change or improvement will be available after Round 4.

महत्वाची सूचना उमेदवार/संस्थांसाठी CAP प्रवेश राऊंडसाठी

अकादमिक वर्ष 2025-26 साठी, राज्य सामान्य प्रवेश परीक्षा कक्ष (State Common Entrance Test Cell) तंत्रशिक्षण विभागाच्या अंतर्गत विविध अंडरग्रॅज्युएट आणि पोस्टग्रॅज्युएट व्यावसायिक अभ्यासक्रमांसाठी प्रवेश प्रक्रिया राबवत आहे.

 यासंदर्भातील महत्त्वाच्या सूचना खालीलप्रमाणे आहेत:

• सूचना पुस्तिकेतील नियम 9 च्या तरतुदीनुसार, उमेदवारांना त्यांच्या संस्थां आणि अभ्यासक्रमांच्या प्राधान्यक्रमानुसार निवडी भरण्याचा अधिकार आहे.
•  एकदा उमेदवाराने त्यांच्या लॉगिनद्वारे ऑप्शन फॉर्म सबमिट केला की, त्यांना त्यांच्या भरलेल्या निवडींनुसार केंद्रीय प्रवेश प्रक्रियेतील (CAP) सीट अलॉटमेंटसाठी विचारात घेतले जाईल.
•  एक उमेदवार 300 पर्यंत संस्थांच्या-कोर्सच्या संयोजनांची निवड प्राधान्यक्रमानुसार करू शकतो.

CAP राउंड 1:

जर उमेदवाराला त्याच्या पहिल्या प्राधान्यानुसार सीट अलॉट झाली, तर ती अलॉटमेंट स्वयंचलितपणे थांबवली जाईल (ऑटोफ्रीझ) आणि उमेदवाराला दिलेल्या मुदतीत प्रवेश स्वीकारावा लागेल. अशा उमेदवारांना पुढील CAP राऊंडमध्ये सहभागी होण्याचा अधिकार नाही.

CAP राउंड 2:

जर उमेदवाराला त्याच्या पहिल्या तीन प्राधान्यांमध्ये सीट अलॉट झाली, तर ती अलॉटमेंट स्वयंचलितपणे थांबवली जाईल (ऑटोफ्रीझ) आणि उमेदवाराला दिलेल्या मुदतीत प्रवेश स्वीकारावा लागेल. अशा उमेदवारांना पुढील CAP राऊंडमध्ये सहभागी होण्याची परवानगी नाही.

CAP राउंड 3:

जर उमेदवाराला त्याच्या पहिल्या सहा प्राधान्यांमध्ये सीट अलॉट झाली, तर ती अलॉटमेंट स्वयंचलितपणे थांबवली जाईल (ऑटोफ्रीझ) आणि उमेदवाराला दिलेल्या मुदतीत प्रवेश स्वीकारावा लागेल. अशा उमेदवारांना नंतरच्या CAP राऊंड्समध्ये सहभागी होण्याचा अधिकार नाही.

CAP राउंड 4:

राउंड 4 मध्ये सहभागी होणाऱ्या उमेदवारांसाठी, या राउंडमधील अलॉटमेंट अंतिम ठरेल. राउंड 4 नंतर, बदल किंवा सुधारणा करण्यासाठी कोणतीही पर्याय उपलब्ध राहणार नाहीत.

उमेदवारांनी, पालकांनी आणि संस्थांनी संबंधित CAP राऊंडसाठी ऑप्शन फॉर्म भरताना वरील नियमांचे पालन करणे आवश्यक आहे.
