☁️ Analyst Trainee (Multicloud)
Job Description:
You will maintain and administer computing environments, monitor production servers, and handle incident management. Additionally, you will provide support for Windows, Network, Database, Storage, Messaging, Collaboration, and Cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform activities based on defined guidelines in SOPs/Runbooks with an understanding of business impact.
- Adhere to customer security and compliance requirements.
- Follow customer communication etiquettes.
- Ensure stated productivity requirements for the engagement.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement plans (CSI).
- Participate proactively in knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Act as a buddy for new hires.
- Adhere to organizational policies and processes (including Cognizant’s security policies, LP, timelines, etc.).
Role Expectations:
- Client-focused, capable of working with diverse users globally.
- Willing to work in a 24/7 environment and relocate anywhere in India as required.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates from 2023 or 2024 with a three-year full-time degree.
- Minimum of 50% in X, XII, Diploma, and UG (rounding off 49.9% not allowed).
- No standing arrears.
- Open to Indian nationals / OCIs currently residing in India.
- Must mark past participation in Cognizant hiring (2019–2024) in the registration form.
